Enrollment Registration Procedures for Rising 1st – 12th Grade

We are excited to launch our new registration process using AdminPlus Online Forms. We understand that technology can be challenging, so we want to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Completing the Registration Process

  • Online Registration: The link for registration is provided in the email sent (January 31, 2024) to the primary contact.
  • Filling out the Form: Once you open the link, complete all information. It is recommended to use a computer due to formatting.
  • Section Completion: Each section you complete will show a green check mark at the top.
  • Signatures: If Parent/Guardian #2 is unavailable, select “Save and Revisit Later.” If the form is submitted without both signatures, a Second Contact Signature form will be sent after the application is processed. In cases where parents/guardians live separately, the completed form will be electronically sent by Bulloch Academy for the Second Contact Signature.

Ensure That Your Application is Complete.

Your registration is NOT complete until payment is received.

  • The form is submitted online.
  • The form requires TWO signatures.
  • During Priority Registration, the registration fee for 1st-12th grade students is $375. Beginning March 1, 2024, the registration fee is $475.
  • Payment made in person or online.
