Student Records & Transcripts

Bulloch Academy maintains student records and transcripts for former students, post-secondary schools, prospective employers, and other authorized agencies. With proper proof of identity and authorization, official transcripts and other school-related records may be provided.

Student Records / K–12 School Records Requests

All record requests by K–12 school districts for former Bulloch Academy students should be submitted directly to the Registrar. Please include all required student information and authorization documentation when applicable.

Transcript Requests

A request may be made for an official transcript when the purpose of the transcript is to meet admissions requirements for an in-state college, out-of-state college or university, to complete documentation for a scholarship, and/or to provide to a potential employer or the military.

Transcript requests can be made through the online Transcript Request Form. Please allow adequate processing time for all requests. Additional documentation or proof of identity may be required before records can be released.

Post-Secondary Agency Requests

Post-secondary agencies requesting transcript verifications should submit requests through the Transcript Request Form or contact the Registrar directly for assistance.

Employment Agency Requests

Employment agencies requesting education verification should contact the Registrar directly. Verification documents will be provided in accordance with school policy and applicable privacy laws.

Attorney & Legal Requests

Attorney offices requesting student records should contact the Registrar directly regarding documentation requirements and records release procedures.
